I decided to make the Brussels this way after Brady asked if we could have them different than just plain old steaming. I thought of the time we've gotten them at a restaurant and how good they are and decided to try making them similar.
1

Preheat oven to 425°F and line baking sheet with silicone baking mat or aluminum foil

2

Chop the stems off of the brussels and halve each one

3

Add the brussels to a large bowl, add all ingredients and mix.

A lot of recipes call for drizzling the food on the baking sheet, but I find it easier mixing everything together in a bowl. That way all the toppings are mixed evenly
4

Dump brussels on baking sheet and spread apart evenly on the sheet.

5

Bake for about 20 minutes. Mix brussels after 10 minutes, then bake for remaining 10.

6

When brussels are crispy on top they are done!
