These brussels call for honey, which adds a sweet taste to balance the tang of the vinegar.
Preheat oven to 425°F and line baking sheet with silicone baking mat or aluminum foil
Chop the stems off of the brussels and halve each one
Add the brussels to a large bowl, add all ingredients and mix.
Dump brussels on baking sheet and spread apart evenly on the sheet.
Bake for about 20 minutes. Mix brussels after 10 minutes, then bake for remaining 10.
When brussels are crispy on top they are done!
